About the Coffee
Grown in the Western Ghats of South India, this coffee comes from our family farm, where we carefully grow and process coffees that express the character of their origin.
Shade-grown beneath a diverse canopy of native trees and cultivated within a living, sustainable ecosystem, the cherries are selectively hand-picked at peak ripeness.
This micro lot is rinsed with spring water , floats removed and allowed to dry slowly in its fruit on raised African beds—a deliberate process designed to preserve the coffee’s character while developing greater depth and complexity.
